Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Hospital Manager with at least 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare administration or a related management role. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily hospital operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
- Support department heads and clinical teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor administrative workflows and help implement improvements in efficiency and service delivery.
- Contribute to budgeting, resource planning, and cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, regulations, and safety standards.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and staff development activities.
- Handle patient feedback and contribute to service quality improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for internal use and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in hospital or healthcare management, administration, or coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of healthcare regulations and administrative processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems (preferred).
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and grow.
